Hello!
Hey guys. I'm currently on the lookout for new DW buddies, so let's be friends!
I'm a 26 year old manboy who is currently living and working in Osaka. I've been here for a few years now and I'm generally enjoying my time here. I talk a lot about what I do in Japan, the silly stuff I entertain myself with (lately, this is leading most frequently to the topic of games. I have a Wii and a 3DS here and I love them!), with the occasional work/study rant or bout of introspection.
As far as what I like, here are some notable favorites:
Anime/Manga: Cowboy Bebop, Tenchi Muyo, Evangelion, Here is Greenwood, Dragonball (manga only, and not a big fan of the "Z" portion of the story), One Piece (manga only), Hikaru no Go, Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku, Yotsuba, studio Ghibli, El Hazard (...really only the original OVA), Sailor Moon, Samurai Pizza Cats, Seirei no Moribito, Now and Then Here and There, FLCL, The Twelve Kingdoms, Jungle wa Itsumo Hare Nochi Guu, Rurouni Kenshin, Princess Tutu, and so on. There is undoubtably some stuff I'm forgetting. In general, I love 90s stuff!
Games: Xenoblade, Skies of Arcadia, Earthbound, Mother 3, Grandia (I and II), FF IX, FF VI (despite the fact I've still never finished it...), Lunar, SNES and PSX era JRPGs in general. Again, I'm sure there's some stuff I'm forgetting.
I also listen to Japanese music, as well as other asian/western stuff, which you can check out here if the mood strikes you. I also enjoy reading from time to time, and I LOVE eating and trying new foods.
