Location: Maine, USA. I was born in New Hampshire, grew up in Maine, visited Canada twice, visited Texas for a few weeks, visited the UK for a few months, and lived in Colorado for 4 years. I've criss-crossed the country twice and drove across it in July of 2012.
School/job: I've done all kinds of things. Waitressing, hostessing, minor bookkeeping, a partial Associate's degree through two different colleges in Colorado. I'm planning on finishing up that degree and pursuing a pharmacy technician license, but probably not this year.
Likes: Dolls! My journal is primarily filled with my hobby pursuits. I frequently update about my Etsy shop. I like Monster High, Moxie Teenz, Kurhn, S.I.S. and many others. (I also make things, hence the shop!) Besides dolls, I'm really into ABC's Once Upon a Time, BBC's Sherlock, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, all manner of fantasy and sci-fi books, BBC's Merlin, Stargate Universe, Firefly and various manga/anime (Kuroshitsuji, Fruits Basket, Loveless, Juuni Kokki, anything by Miyazaki.) Oh and I read books, obviously, though not as much lately with the shop up and running and trying to save up for a new laptop and camera.
Dislikes: Commercials in between segments of Once (the only show I've bothered to watch live in 5+ years), losing entries due to not copy-pasting before clicking 'post', losing thoughtful comments due to same, anyone who's ever voted against gay marriage laws being passed (i.e. equal rights), liars/cheaters/thieves what-have-you.
Anything else?: I'm owned by three cats - my girlfriend's ginger Phoenix, my fuzzy little (yeah, little) Maine Coon, and Marley the tuxie boy. Besides them I have nine budgies and my girlfriend has a rat named Nikolai. I was here a long while back to make some friends, but hit a really rough patch in life and had deal with that, but it's back to LJ now, hoping to make some new friends :D Name: Yuki (or Yu) Age: 23 Location: US of A About the girl: Well..my life is quite mundane and kind of uneventful. I've been through a few rough patches, but have come out of it for the better, thankfully. I love being creative in any way I can, whether it's web design, making jewelry, drawing, graphic design or writing! I thrive on being creative/making stuff and I hope to make a career out of one of those soon! But fandom has (just about) always been a part of my life. It started with Disney when I was five haha. Animanga: Sailor Moon (forever), Gintama, Tiger and Bunny, SenBasa, Ouran, Soul Eater, Absolute Boyfriend, Oresama Teacher, Nana (have only read some of the manga), Devil May Cry, Fairy Tale, One Piece, KHR!, Peach Girl, JJBA (part 3), Toriko and Persona 4 Games: SKYRIM. Oblivion, Ace Attorney, Pokemon, Megaten series, Fire Emblem, Suikoden, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and Soul Calibur (though mostly for character creation. I recently started Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai and I have a premium Crunchyroll account so the list of animes I'm watching tends to grow.
Manga: I don't read much Manga right now. But I love Monster and most works by Junji Ito.
Games: Lunar series, Fatal Frame series, Bioshock, Silent Hill series, Mortal Kombat (1-3 and the recent), Street Fighter series (including Marvel vs. Capcom stuff), Alan Wake, Batman: AA, Persona series (2-4), Borderlands 1-2, and so much more. I still have my Sega Genesis as well as Saturn, Sega CD, SNES, and so forth. I like Fighting Games, RPGS, Survival Horror, and some FPS stuff since FPS is pretty prevalent in current console gaming. But I don't play stuff like Modern Warfare or Call of Duty.
I've collected dolls (abjd, blythes, etc) and while I haven't gotten any new ones in awhile.. I still have my collection. I've recently started getting into PVC figures and Nendoroids. I love asian horror movies as well but totally not caught up with the current ones and I occasionally will get into an Asian drama. I'd probably watch more Asian dramas with recommendations! The last one I watched was Big and before that Coffee Prince.
My journal content is basically my life. I will occasionally touch on what I'm watching or playing but I don't usually devote entire posts to fandom, I don't mind when people do however.

Others: I watch JDramas, KDrama, TWDramas and a couple Cdramas, have also watched most of Tenimyu and Burimyu and also listen to Jrock and Krock, some of my favourite bands are Flow, Big Bang, 2PM, Orange Range, TM Revolution, also listen to Linken Park, Nickelback, FallOut Boy, Barenaked Ladies. I also like watching the Simpsons and South Park, Fineas and Ferb, The Rugrats, Cow and Chicken, other thatn cartoons I watch shows like CSI and NCIS and My Family, I'm not much of a TV watcher as here in South Africa tv stations are repetitive and boring.
My journal is very empty at the moment, will probably post mainly about Photography and my animals and any drawing that I do and of course about anime.
