i watched madoka when it was airing some years ago, and the buzz around was it was pretty hard to ignore. it was a lot of fun, and while i have my complaints with it, i definitely enjoyed it, too, and don't regret putting time into it. i've got a strong interest in japanese, too, though recently i've been putting m efforts toward french! (and if conlangs are interesting to you, i'm attempting sindarian/tolkien elvish. it's so nerdy.)
pushing daisies is one of my favorite tv shows! it's really sweet and well done, there's a lot of heart to it and i never regret rewatching it when i do. it's just so feel good. i always find myself picking it up when it's rainy and cold, since it makes me so warm and fuzzy.
one of my faaavorites. i checked out but i'm a cheerleader a little after realizing i'm a lesbian, and it quickly became my favorite lgbtq film. it's just so sweet and funny.
absolutely, please do! we have so much in common, i'd love that.
